What we can help with
Questions land faster when they point at something specific. If yours falls in one of the areas below, include the product or ingredient name so we can look it up before we reply.
Catalog entries
A product listing looks wrong
The format or serving count we listed for a specific item no longer matches what ships today. Tell us the product name and we will re-check it against the current manufacturer page.
Ingredient profiles
An ingredient entry needs a correction
A name, a common form, or a description in the library reads differently than the panel you are holding. Send the ingredient name and where you saw it, and we will review the entry.
Errors and clarity
A detail is outdated or a page is broken
A category moved on a retailer site, a link stopped working, or a sentence in the Buying Guide left you unsure. Point us at the page and describe what happened.
What we cannot help with
We do not answer medical questions, interpret symptoms, recommend dosages, or advise on interactions with prescription medication. That work belongs with a clinician who can see your history.
We also do not sell supplements directly. There is no checkout on this site, so we cannot process orders, take payment, or arrange delivery.
Please direct those questions to your doctor, pharmacist, or the retailer you are buying from. They can see the product in front of them; we only see the listing.
Where those questions go instead
Symptoms, dosages, and medication interactions
Your doctor or pharmacist
Orders, payment, and delivery status
The retailer you bought from
Storage, returns, or a damaged shipment
The seller or the brand

How we handle your message
We aim to reply within a few working days. Some questions need us to check a manufacturer's product page or a retail listing first, which can take longer. Your contact details are used to answer your message and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
In a hurry? The Ingredient Library answers most questions about what an ingredient is and how it appears on a panel, without waiting for a reply. The Buying Guide covers how we compare listings, including the format and serving counts we check.
Reports go into the same queue as everything else. A message that names the page and the detail in question usually takes one pass to confirm instead of three.
Answers you can read right now
Feedback we find useful
The most useful messages tell us something specific. We update entries when we can verify the change, and we note when a product is discontinued rather than quietly removing it.
A A serving count changed
A product described as 60 capsules that now ships as 30 is worth flagging. Name the product and, if you can, the change you spotted. We check the current listing, then correct the count on the entry and mention what moved.
B An ingredient name is spelled differently
Panels sometimes carry a different spelling or a botanical name. Send the wording on your panel alongside the entry you are comparing it with, and we will align the library entry to what the label actually says.
C A product moved category
Retailers rearrange shelves often, and a category link we cited can quietly point somewhere else. Tell us where you found the product instead, and we will re-check the reference on the entry.
D A product appears discontinued
Rather than deleting the entry, we mark it as discontinued and leave the details in place. That way anyone who searched for it gets a straight answer instead of a dead end. Tell us where you saw it last.
Still have a question?
Whether it is a question about natural supplements for men in our catalog, a detail on a vitamins and minerals for men listing, or something about how we write an entry, send it over and we will take a look.
For questions about energy and endurance formulas we stock in the catalog, or a men's vitamin formula you want us to review, mention the exact product name and we will find it faster.
